Secret Out, Declines ESL One Manila Invite

After Evil Geniuses (EG) declined their invitation to come to the Philippines, Team Secret also declined the direct invitation to compete in the ESL One Manila that will take place on April 23 and 24.
In a tweet sent out by the team’s official account, the European-based team opted to participate in the Manila Major which will be the last tournament before the much awaited The International 6 (TI6). The two tournaments, ESL One Manila and the Manila Major, will be happening in the Philippines. Both events are considered as groundbreaking developments for the country’s Dota 2 scene.
The invited teams that will compete in ESL One Manila have yet to be announced. Aspiring teams in the Philippines still have time to register for the open qualifiers that will start on January 24.
