Filipino player Elliot “Ellite“ Gruta took the top spot, out of the 15 qualified players, in the Hearthstone World Championship Southeast Asia (SEA) Fireside Gathering Qualifiers.
Ellite competed against the countries from the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Singapore. He earned a spot in the Hearthstone Top 40 Playoffs that will happen on September 6, 2015. He will face the rest of the SEA representatives who share the same hopes of representing the whole SEA region in the Hearthstone World Championships at BlizzCon.
