No EG for ESL One Manila
As the much awaited ESL One Manila draws near, former The International 5 (TI5) champions, Evil Geniuses (EG) announced that they will not participate in the tournament.
Their team captain, Peter “ppd” Dager, posted on his Twitter that they declined the invitation to compete in the fist ESL One tournament at the Mall of Asia Arena, Philippines on April 23 and 24.
Turned down the invite to ESL Manila. I’m sure an awesome team will take our place and it will be a great tournament regardless. Cu at Major

The team opt not to compete in the tournament since they might focus on the Majors namely the Shanghai Majors in March and the Manila Majors in June, however there is still no confirmation that they will compete in the latter tournament.
