Fnatic Beats TNC Gaming To Win BTS SEA #4, Continues Winning Streak
Malaysian-based squad Fnatic took home top honors at the Beyond the Summit SEA #4 after asserting mastery over Filipino side TNC Gaming (3-0) in the Finals yesterday.
The two also interestingly played against each other yesterday in another tournament as well, the ESL One Frankfurt SEA Qualifiers Semifinals, where Fnatic also bested TNC Gaming (2-1).
The BTS SEA #4 featured 16 teams from all over Southeast Asia vying for the majority share in the $10,000 prize pool over a lengthy ten day period.
Fnatic took home $5,000 while TNC Gaming’s 2nd place finish bagged them $3,000. The 3rd and 4th place finishers, Korean side MVP.Phoenix and Malaysian team Taring, went home with $1,000 each.
As a result of their recent victories, Fnatic is currently on a a seven-match winning streak at the moment, having not lost a single match-up since they went against Signature.Trust (0-2) at the SEA Kappa Invitationals.
