Today is the Grand Finale for the ASUS ROG Masters Philippine Qualifiers, the top Dota 2 and CS:GO teams from the qualifiers will be fighting for the chance to proceed to the Southeast Asian regional qualifiers for the World Finals in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Mineski-CS:GO and Imperium Pro Team will face off in the CS:GO Finals, while Mineski-Dota 2, TNC, Rave, and S1.Lykos will be duking it out for Dota 2. Which of them will triumph today? Today’s Grand Finals at the SM North EDSA Skydome is sure to be action-packed as crowds are already pouring in to watch the teams compete. Our first game today will be for the Dota 2 semifinals, a best-of-three match between Rave and Mineski.

The first match is yet to begin due to some technical issues. Sit tight, the action should begin soon.

Due to technical difficulties with the on-site internet connection, the teams are forced to play their matches on a LAN connection. However, this means that the matches themselves won’t be broadcasted. Stay tuned to our live blog coverage for the results and updates!

Rave and TNC won the first game of their best-of-three Semifinals against Mineski and S1.Lykos, respectively.

Game 2 between TNC and S1.Lykos is currently at the drafting phase. The Grand Finals for CS:GO between Mineski and Imperium Pro Team will be up next at the main stage.

Game 2 of the Dota 2 Semifinals between TNC and S1.Lykos has ended, with TNC moving onto the Grand Finals.

As Mineski-CS:GO and Imperium Pro Team warm up for the CS:GO Grand Finals on the main stage, the Dota 2 semifinals between Mineski and Rave is currently underway.

Game 1 of the CS:GO Grand Finals between Mineski-CS:GO and Imperium Pro Team on Mirage has just begun.

IPT wins the knife round. Mineski is on the Terrorist side while IPT is on the Counter-Terrorists.

After the first five rounds, IPT is leading 4-1.

Eight rounds in, the IPT players are just shooting better than Mineski as they now take a 4-round lead over Mineski, 6-2.

Mineski are clawing their way back to the game as they cut IPT’s lead down to 2, with the score at 7-5. Mineski are arrayed with AKs and AWPs while IPT is forced to play econ last round.

Mineski are on the comeback run as they tie the score up at  7-7 with IPT after 14 rounds.

Mineski now takes the lead, 8-7, over IPT as they switch sides.

Mineski are on a roll, they now take a decisive 10-7 lead over IPT after being down by as much as 4 during the early rounds.

Mineski continue to pull ahead as the score is now at 14-8, a Game 1 victory over IPT is now within their reach.

IPT takes two consecutive rounds back against Mineski, the score is now at 10-15 to Mineski.

Despite a rally by IPT, Mineski still took the first hotly-contested map against their opponents with a 16-14 score.

Mineski-Dota 2 leads 14-15 in Game 3 of their Semifinal match against Rave. The winner will move on to face TNC in the Grand Finals.

Game 2 of the CS:GO Grand Finals between Mineski-CS:GO and Imperium Pro Team is underway. Mineski, with a one-game lead, won the knife round and is on the CT side while IPT is on the T side on Underpass.

The Deja vu is real. Mineski are on a comeback run again and has tied the game up 7-7 against IPT.

Mineski is beginning to pull ahead, they are now up 10-7 against IPT.

Mineski is almost at the brink of the championship, but IPT is still fighting back. The score is at 13-9 in favor of Mineski.

With the sore at 15-9 for Mineski, they are now just mere moments away from being crowned the champions of the ASUS ROG Masters Philippine Qualifiers and representing the country at the regional qualifiers.

IPT are rallying back against Mineski, they take three consecutive rounds to cut the score down to 15-12!

Mineski are the Champions of the ASUS ROG Masters Philippine Qualifiers for CS:GO after they win over Imperium Pro Team in a close two-game Grand Finals! They will be taking home a P20,000 prize and will be representing the country at the regional qualifiers in Malaysia.

Game 1 of the Dota 2 Grand Finals between Mineski-Dota 2 and TNC is now underway! TryQ and Biancake will be casting.

Mineski drafted Shadow Demon, Batrider, Mirana, Drow Ranger, and Elder Titan against TNC’s Ogre Magi, Axe, Vengeful Spirit, Juggernaut, and Puck for Game 1 of the Dota 2 Grand Finals.

TNC draws first blood on Mski.Cast’s Vengeful Spirit, but Mineski answer back by killing TNC.Kuku’s Puck.

While Mineski and TNC trade kills early, the game settles as both teams are content on getting farm for their cores. The score is at 5-5 but Mineski has a slight farm lead 10 minutes into the game.

Mineski repel TNC from their tier-1 top tower, getting a favorable trade as they kill 4 and lose 2.

Mineski invade TNC’s jungle, kill 3 TNC heroes, and destroy their bottom tier-1 tower. TNC are now losing map control over their  own jungle and the rosh pit despite getting a Blink Dagger on Sam_H’s Axe early.

TNC answer back by assaulting Mineski’s mid tier-1, where they kill 4 in exchange for Kuku’s Puck before getting the tower. Both teams are breaking even with the fights so far.

TNC lose Sam_H as they contest Mineski’s rosh attempt, despite being able to kill raging-_-potato’s Drow Ranger, they lose 3 in the retreat.

TNC bounce back by contesting Mineski’s rosh attempt once again, they steal away the Aegis and kill Mski.RR’s Batrider. Despite leading the net worth charts early, Mineski’s Drow Ranger now fell behind TNC’s Juggernaut.

Both teams trade tier-2 towers in the top and bottom lanes, but when TNC tried to defend their mid tier-1, they lost a big teamfight to Mineski, who now holds the momentum once again.

TNC get teamwiped by Mineski at the top lane, Meracle on Mirana now has a Godlike streak. TNC is losing their grip on the game fast.

TNC try to kill raging-_-potato’s Drow Ranger, but a clutch Gust silence allowed him to survive on 50 hp and kill the TNC squad. Mineski force the GG and are now one game up in this best-of-three Grand Finals.

Kuku sets up a kill on Mineski’s Skywrath Mage and Huskar on the bottom lane, but Morphling kills TNC’s Mirana during the disengage. Ryo’s Drow Ranger destroys Mineski’s top tier-1.

A four-for-four exchange in the middle lane ends inconclusively. TNC leads in kills and towers, but Mineski has more farm on their cores.

TNC catch Mineski out unawares with a smoke gank and get away with three kills, including a very crucial kill on raging-_-potato’s Morphling.

Three Mineski heroes gank TNC’s Dazzle and destroy their top tier-1 tower, but an amazing Cask-Maledict-Death Ward combo by TNC.Cast turns it around and gives him a triple kill.

TNC try to force themselves into Mineski’s high ground at the middle lane, both teams end up in a three-for-three exchange that slightly favored TNC.

Mineski smoke into TNC’s jungle at the top lane, they kill Cast but end up getting wiped. TNC used the opening to destroy Mineski’s mid tier-3 and melee rax.

Mineski kill Kuku’s Timbersaw but lose three, including Morphling, in the ensuing teamfight. TNC now given free reign to take another rosh and assault Mineski’s high ground.

TNC destroy Mineski’s bottom rax, but they overstayed their  welcome and was repelled. Despite keeping their hopes in Game 2 alive, the costly defense of  their base meant that Mineski is still way behind TNC.

Mineski were unable to stop TNC’s relentless assault of their base, forcing the GG and a deciding Game 3.

We are now down to the final game of the ASUS ROG Masters Philippine Qualifiers. TNC vs Mineski, it comes down to the wire. Who will be crowned the champions?

For our final match, TNC drafted Shadow Demon, Axe, Ogre Magi, Timbersaw, and Alchemist against Mineski’s Kunkka, Mirana, Vengeful Spirit, Slardar, and Tinker. It all comes down to this, who will earn the rights to be called the country’s best?

raging-_-potato’s Tinker kills Ryo’s Alchemist as he is farming stacks in the jungle as they take control of the game early, with the kills at 5-1.

raging-_-potato’s Tinker scores another kill in TNC’s jungle, he is now on a dominating streak and well on his way toward his core items.

TNC’s Alchemist is killed underneath his mid tier-2 tower by raging-_-potato’s Tinker, who now has a mega kill streak.

TNC catch Mineski loitering in their jungle, scoring 4 kills, including a crucial one on Tinker, in exchange for one.

Mineski’s Tinker picks off TNC’s Timbersaw, but Mineski lose two when they try to defend their mid tier-1 from a TNC push afterward.

Despite leading early, Mineski are slowly losing their grip on the game. While their Tinker and Mirana may both be farmed, the rest of their team is starving for farm and items. Meanwhile, better scaling cores and a more or less equal farm allocation on TNC is giving them the edge they need to win the game.

TNC lose Sam_H on Axe while attempting to pick off raging-_-potato’s Tinker in the bottom lane jungle, they nonetheless get a support Vengeful Spirit as a consolation prize.

TNC destroy Mineski’s last remaining outer tower and siege Mineski’s high ground, but only get the top tier-3 tower and trading Axe for Kunkka.

TNC kill three Mineski heroes, including Meracle’s Mirana, in exchange for their Shadow Demon. They force themselves onto the high ground, prompting Meracle to buy back, and trade two-for-two in the ensuing teamfight. Mineski continue to hold their base against TNC’s relentless assault.

TNC finally break through Mineski’s high ground defense, forcing the final GG call. TNC are your ASUS ROG Masters Philippine Dota 2 Champions! They will receive a prize pot of P50,000 while Mineski gets P20,000. They will both represent the contry at the SEA regional qualifiers for the World Finals.
