Dota Pit Season 5 Open Qualifier Details Released
In a surprising move, the Dota Pit Season 5 Open Qualifier will feature both an online phase and an offline qualifier phase before the LAN finals.
The Dota Pit Season 5 main event, featuring a $125,000 prize pool, set to take place from January 19th – 22nd 2017, in Split, Croatia at Spaladium Arena recently announced the Open Qualifier and Offline qualifier details for their tournament.
According to notes released by tournament organizers, an Open Qualifier will be eligible for teams from the CIS/European region and America. Winners from the three regional qualifiers will advance to a close qualifier to be held via LAN format in Croatia towards the end of October, early November of this year.
While no exact dates have been released for the close qualifiers, teams may now register for CIS/Europe and Americas qualifiers via FACEIT.
