BREAKING NEWS — Coach Back In: Clinton “Fear” Loomis is Evil Geniuses’ Official Substitute for the Boston Major
Looks like the string of teams tactically substituting players for the Boston Major isn’t done quite yet.
On the Dota 2 Majors site, Clinton “Fear” Loomis has been logged in as the official substitute for Evil Geniuses at the Boston Major. While the team has yet to reveal their actual roster plans, the move indicates that Fear might be making his way on to the main roster given that other teams who have entered substitutes have done so before them.
The North American Dota 2 player earlier announced his retirement from professional play and was subsequently moved into the coaching position.
Digital Chaos has also logged in their own substitute player for the event, caster and former pro player William “Blitz” Lee. Both teams have yet to issue official statements.
