Execration Goes to Malaysia
Execration secures a spot in the ESL ONE Genting 2017 event next year in Malaysia.
After a setting the record for most prolonged match with mega creeps, Execration takes Game 1 from Mineski. The devastating loss demoralized Mineski and Execration finished the series with a clean 3-0 sweep.
Mineski Takes Down Execration, Wins MPGL 8
Getting back up after their loss in the ESL ONE Genting 2017 SEA Qualifiers, Mineski takes down Execration 2-1 in the semifinals of the MPGL 8. They then proceed to and sweep the upstart Acion Arena 2-0 in the Finals to bring home the P140, 000 grand prize of the tournament.
ROX Tigers Disbanding?
There were reports that after Worlds 2016, the ROX Tigers will disband but the team’s management was quick to deny the allegations. Last Thursday, in the team’s official Facebook page, an announcement was made permitting 3 of the 5 players to entertain offers from other teams. Which players will leave the team?
Garena Pro Gaming Series Teams Finalized
After the finishing the PGS Promotions and Relegations last weekend, the teams who’ll be competing in the next season of PGS are locked in.
Returning teams include Acclaim EmpireX, GHub eSports, Mineski, Imperium Pro Team and Cerberus eSports who just defended their spot in the tournament. Joining the fray are Adobo Republic, Jengski eSports and Big Four.

Overwatch Christmas Event?
After Reddit user Venxa compiled a list of unused sound clips that points to a Christmas-themed event, players have been guessing what the event would bring. New skins, new maps and perhaps a seasonal game mode like the Junkenstein’s Revenge in Halloween Terror event could be coming in the next few weeks.
