PGF CLASHOUT RUSH

 GENERAL INFORMATION and GUIDELINES 

• The Clashout Rush is a live tournament that is going to be held at the Pinoy Gaming Festival on October 25 to 26, 2014 at 5:30pm PHT.
• This event will be organized and supervised by the Administrators of Philippine Clash of Clans Battleground
• The tournament is limited to a maximum of 15 clans, each with 5 members, who must all be able to attend PGF 2014 at the Megatrade Hall, SM Megamall.
• Registration starts on the 17^th of October and ends on the 21st of October, 11:59pm PHT.
• Since the said tournament is limited to only 15 clans, we will respond to registration requests in the order by which the said forms are received.
• Only the clans who receive a response from us will be given instructions on how to confirm their registration.
• Once a clan’s registration details have been approved, they will be required to pre-purchase their event tickets to secure their slot and ensure their intent to join the live tournament.
• Event tickets are priced at PhP350 each. This is a 2-day pass to the event, which will give the bearer access to all of Pinoy Gaming Festival’s activities.
• All approved clans are required to confirm their participation by paying for their event tickets via BDO bank deposit on or by October 21, 2014.
• Once a clan’s registration has been confirmed, all lineup details can no longer be changed for the whole duration of the tournament.
• There will be constant monitoring of players all throughout the match. This will be conducted by a committee chosen before the start of the game.

PLAYER GUIDELINES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clans must have 2 designated representatives who will handle all decisions. GM/ADMINS will consider decisions made by the said representatives as final for the entire clan.
• It is the Clan representative’s responsibility to inform their members of the rules, regulations and any pertinent updates regarding the tournament.
• All clan representatives will be included in the tournament’s official chat box, wherein all event updates and details shall be discussed.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS

• All participating clans are required to have five (5) players each.
• Each clan is only allowed to have a maximum of three (3) TH 10 players.
• Players must be able to personally attend the Pinoy Gaming Festival on October 25-26, 2014 at the Megatrade Hall in SM Megamall.
• All clans must be at the Philippine Clash of Clans Battleground booth area by 4:00pm on October 25. (for documentation and photo op purposes)
• Starting clan cups for the tournament must be 4,000 (+/- 500 cups)
• Any clan who exceeds the given starting cups range, will have their final gained cups deducted by the number of cups they have, which is over the said limit.

Example: Required Starting Cups = 4,000 (+/- 500 cups)

Clan A Starting Cups: 4,650

Deduction: 150 cups

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Each player will be required to start not higher than 1800 cups. If a player exceeds the said individual baseline, calculated penalty will be deducted from their clan’s final score.

Penalty will be calculated as 50% of excess cups per player

i.e.:

Players Starting Cups: 2000 Baseline: 1800

2000 (PSC) – 1800 (B) = 200 x 50% = 100 (total penalty)

• There will be NO LIMIT on TROOP DONATIONS.

DISQUALIFICATION RULES:

• All clans must remain closed for the duration of the tournament.
• Participating clans must follow the rules interpretations and guidelines set forth by the Tournament Committee/ADMINS.
• Participating clans are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Any clan found to be disorderly or whose conduct is offensive may be removed from the tournament.
• Clans that are caught accepting/replacing (a) player/s (new or who left and wanted to go back in) while the tournament is already in progress will be disqualified.

TOURNAMENT GAME FLOW

SUDDEN DEATH (1st) ROUND

October 25, 2014 @ 5:30pm PHT to October 26, 2014 @ 5:30am PHT

• All participating clans will be ranked (discussed further under Clan Ranking) and divided into three (3) groups of five (5).
• Sudden Death Round will last for twelve (12hrs).
• The top 2 clans from each group will advance, while losing clans will be instantly eliminated.
• Baseline trophy for Gained Cups Computation: 4,000

THE FINALE (2nd) ROUND

October 26, 2014 @ 5:30am PHT to October 26, 2014 @ 5:30pm PHT

• The six (6) remaining clans who will advance from the 1^st round have another twelve (12) hours to push.
• The said clans will battle it out to become the 1^st ever Pinoy Gaming Festival Clashout Rush Champion.
• Baseline trophy for Gained Cups Computation: Ending Cups in Sudden Death Round

CLAN RANKING

All clans will be ranked by their maximum average cups, which is done so by using each participating player’s “Sweet Victory” record. Clan averages are tallied based on the same concept as SuperCell’s, which is calculated as such:

Players 1 and 2: 60%

Players 3 and 4: 30%

Player 5: 10%

GAME SCORING

Winners of each round will be determined by their Gained Cups (calculated by subtracting the Ending Cups from the Baseline Cups).

Ending Clan Trophies – Standard Baseline Clan Trophies = Total Clan Trophies Gained

• THE FINALE

Ending Clan Trophies – Baseline Clan Trophies (Ending Cups in 1^st round) = Total Clan Trophies Gained

PRIZES and AWARDING

All tournament players will receive a certificate of participation from Philippine Clash of Clans Battleground.

As this is a live tournament, we encourage even those who will be eliminated on the 1^st round to be physically present during the 2^nd day of our event.

The top three clans at the end of the tournament will be receiving the following prizes:
