AUI Too Cozy: “First time not 2nd Place in life, I think!”; C9 is Going to The Summit 2!
In a very excited tweet, Kurtis “Aui_2000” Ling announced that Cloud 9 has won the community-based Redemption Vote, allowing their team to be the final squad to compete in The Summit 2 tournament this December in Los Angeles.

The Summit 2 has quickly risen to have the largest prize pool for a Dota 2 tournament in the western world, apart from The International, at $300,000 in total prize purse and counting. Designed to be a more laid-back tournament where players can compete and hang out with their colleagues, it is reminiscent of the Homestory Cup tournament for StarCraft 2.
Cloud 9 will join defending champions Evil Geniuses and other powerhouses and region qualifiers Vici Gaming to compete for the grand prize.
