Liyab Esports, the professional esports under Mineski, announced this Wednesday the newest members to the Liyab under the brand Haliya.

Haliya, originating from Bikolano folklore, is the masked warrior goddess of the moon, symbolizing the strength of women. They will be representing teams in League of Legends and Arena of Valor.

The League of Legends team, formerly known as GGTY, recently went undefeated in the recent Female Esports League Philippine Qualifiers and sweeping the competition. They will be competing at the FSL Elite live in Singapore on September 7-8.

The Arena of Valor team is captained by Em “Kaisaya” Dangla, a shoutcaster and also a player for Nexplay Esports’ Mobile Legends: Bang Bang team. In her personal announcement post, Kaisaya stated that she will be prioritizing competing on both her professional teams and will be casting less frequently as a result.
