Dota 2 Community Unites for Charity Tournament to Combat Coronavirus
The Coronavirus pandemic has put sporting events around the world to a screeching halt and Dota 2’s LAN events (like the much-awaited Los Angeles Major) are no exception. To combat this, tournament organizers WePlay! are setting up an online Dota 2 charity tournament geared towards raising money to help fight the spread of Coronavirus.
The WeSave! Charity Play will have a $120,000 USD prize pool and will start today, March 20, and will run until March 26. The participating teams from each region are as follows:
