LoL Esports Holds Mid-Season Streamathon to Raise Funds for COVID-19 Relief
Riot Games has announced a global League of Legends marathon live stream running from May 29 through May 31 to raise funds for COVID-19 relief.
The Mid-Season Streamathon will start on May 29, 5 P.M. PDT and will feature regions across the world playing in various all-star and exhibition tournaments. The broadcast is set to run over 48 hours of non-stop scheduled programming.

Fans will be able to donate to a global network of nonprofit organizations throughout the stream, adding to Riot Games $4.5 million USD donations for COVID-19 relief to date.
