The Darkmoon Faire is finally going to have the meta shake-up it so desperately needs with the release of Hearthstone’s first-ever mini-set, Darkmoon Races.

The 35-card addition to the latest expansion will go live on the 21st of January (the 22nd for Asia-Pacific). If you have a fair amount of gold saved up from completing daily and weekly quests, you can buy the entire set outright for 2000 gold (or for $15, if you didn’t).
Buying the complete mini-set will give you two copies of each epic, common, and rare card, as well as a single copy of all four legendaries. The bundle will be on sale until the 11th of May.

Darkmoon Races cards will also feature mechanics from all three expansions in the Year of the Phoenix. That means players will be seeing more dormant minions, dual-class cards, spellburst effects, and corrupt shenanigans.
Updates on the other game modes are also on the table. Battlegrounds is going to have new heroes in the form of Tickatus and Greybough and will hit the tavern with new minions Soul Devourer and Ring Matron.
Duels will follow up with new hero powers and treasures, while Anduin becomes the next protagonist of the latest Book of Heroes solo adventure slated for the 2nd of February.
