NieR Replicant’s upcoming remaster, curiously titled NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139…, just dropped a new three-minute trailer ahead of the game’s April 23 release on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
In case you’re out of the loop, NieR Replicant is the prequel to 2017’s hit JRPG Nier:Automata.

The protagonist is a kind young man living in a remote village. In order to save his sister Yonah, who fell terminally ill to the Black Scrawl, he sets out with Grimoire Weiss, a strange talking tome, to search for the “Sealed verses.”

Gorgeously remastered visuals aside, NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… will also feature a flurry of other changes such as fully voiced dialogue and a rearranged musical score.
