DLSU sweep ADMU 3-0 to win second straight UAC VALORANT title
A rematch of last season’s final may have seen De La Salle University’s Viridis Arcus take a clean 3-0 win over Ateneo De Manila University’s LG Esports but yesterday’s series wasn’t as one-sided as the scoreline suggests.
The first game of the series went down to the wire with Xavi “xavi8k” Juan dropping a 40-bomb on overtime to give the Green Archers the lead. Game 2 was just as tense but pop-offs from Jesus Ricardo “susej” Guiab doubled VA’s advantage.

It was do-or-die for the Blue Eagles on Icebox and it looked like they were on the path of redemption after winning the first three rounds of the map. Viridis Arcus picked up the pace and quickly overturned their early deficit, prompting a meltdown that the men in blue never seemed to recover from. Game 3 ended 13-3 in favor of the Green Archers.
Viridis Arcus wrapped up AcadArena VALORANT University Alliance Cup Season 2 with their second straight title, taking home the lion’s share of the PHP 120,000 prize pool in cash, grants, and limited merchandise.
