Parañaque City reigns supreme in nationwide CODM tournament
Parañaque City and its teams showed other cities how it’s done as they steamrolled through the competition and were hailed champions of the inaugural City Heroes: City v City Domination mode CODM tournament.
Team Parañaque Pro, Team Parañaque, and RucheruSan bested over 5000+ teams across 90+ different cities, racking up 60 points and ending up undefeated throughout the tournament.

“We are honored and excited because we faced almost all the great players from different cities across the country, and to be able to represent Parañaque City, we’re also proud because we reaped all our efforts from our practices,” team 3 RucheruSan captain Jovany dela Cruz said.

“Knowing that all of the other cities represent with just as much pride and effort as Team Parañaque Pro in the CVC domination tournament, it really puts us in awe knowing that we are on top of all 5000+ teams and 95+ cities. Quite remarkably, our team 2 and 3 were undefeated throughout the whole tournament as well which really goes to show that Parañaque has some really talented individuals,” team 1 Team Parañaque Pro captain Paolo Montalbo added.
It wasn’t a cakewalk throughout the whole tournament, though, as they also faced other pro players representing their own cities as well.

“We had a hard time going up against the representatives from our own city as well because they were pretty experienced in big tournaments. We are so grateful to our team and to the different teams in the tournament as we had a good showing all throughout,” team 2 Team Paranaque captain Nel Sta Ana Santos said.
Rounding up the rankings were Batangas and Baguio with 56 points, Marikina, Las Pinas and Santa Rosa with 52 points, Tagbilaran with 49 points, and Taguig, Iloilo and Dipolog+Cotabato with 48 points.
