Valve has announced that The International 10 will be held in Bucharest, Romania in October. Arena Nationala, the country’s biggest arena, will be the battleground of the game’s most competitive tournament.

It was recently announced that the initial plan of holding the tournament in Stockholm, Sweden was declined because of the country’s unstable political atmosphere. Today, the light of hope was brought unto the Dota community when Valve finally revealed that TI10 will commence two months from now.

In the announcement, Valve boasted about its gratitude to Romania and its city Bucharest, “[We] very much look forward to gathering with the global Dota 2 community, both in-person and virtually, to celebrate the elite players and amazing fandom at The International. Prepare yourselves. At long last, the battle begins.”

Beginning on October 7 until the 10th, for the group stages, then the Main Stage will kick off on the 12th of October until the 17th.
