Liyab Continues 12-Match Losing Streak In Pacific Championship Series
Liyab Esports continues their 12-match losing streak as they fall against BOOM Esports in the League of Legends (LOL) Pacific Championship Series (PCS) 2021 Summer Split.
Despite the lag being experienced by BOOM the entire match, Liyab failed to get the win against the Indonesian esports organization. This gives them a record of 0-4 this season.
The team last won back on March 7 against the Berjaya Dragons in the 2021 Spring Split of the PCS.
The Filipino LOL representatives also started this season by losing the first match for the fifth straight season against the Berjaya Dragons.
Their current roster is made up of Matthew “Aeiden” Rogando, Kyle “Dawn” Somera, Jay “Speltz” Tabarangao, Edrian “DoeDoii” Brancia, Jhon Mike “Xyliath” Tungol, and Ren “Kanji” Motomitsu with Gerald “Tgee” Gelacio as the team’s coach.
Despite their terrible start for the season, both Liyab and their fans are hopeful that they will eventually find their groove and end the losing streak as they face Hong Kong’s PSG Talon on Friday, July 16, 2021.
