Blacklist International Ultimate have now won 4 consecutive major titles
Blacklist International Ultimate has been the dominant force in the Call of Duty: Mobile esports scene in the Southeast Asian region for quite some time, winning the past 3 major titles the game has to offer. Now they can add the 2022 Garena Masters to their ever-growing list of accolades as well.
The 2021 PH Champions, 2021 Eastern CODM World Champions, and the 2021 PH Invitational Champions just grabbed the first-ever Garena Masters title to win their 4th major title across 4 major tournaments.
They show absolutely no signs of slowing down, blowing past each and every opponent with ease—and they are just getting started.

“The run we had these past few months in the CODM pro scene was spectacular. I’m actually speechless, I’m really proud of the team. The team couldn’t have done it without my teammates. Also, I want to thank our fans for supporting Blacklist International Ultimate during our Garena Masters run!” team captain John Benedict “JaBen” Julio said.
What’s more impressive is that the team has done this in a span of less than a year, achieving all these incredible feats in just about seven months. Team Ultimate CEO Matt Gloria shares his thoughts about the team’s dedication, mindset, and journey.
“The achievements are just a result of their hard work and dedication. It’s actually just a bonus for me since I really appreciate their off-camera work more. I always tell them that our goal is to win every major and they have consistently been showing that they could do it. I am really proud of what these guys have accomplished but this is just the start of a new era for men’s CODM. As I told them, always be happy but never contented so that they wouldn’t settle with what they have achieved for the past few majors only,” he shared.

They now set their sights on the CODM Garena Invitational (CGI) looking to dominate once more and add the title to their collection. The team raves about the possibility of meeting with other top teams in the countries of Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Macau, and Hong Kong to eventually claim the title “Kings of Garena.” Garena Masters MVP Gian Zydric “Yato” Socao bared the teams he’s most looking forward to facing in the regional meet.
“We are most looking forward to meeting and playing against DG Esports and Galaxio from Indonesia because they are strong and they are one of the contenders for the crown,” Yato said in an ending statement.
