Filipino Team Grabs Third Place in Crossfire Stars Grand Finals

After two days of facing strong opponents from all over the world, Pacific.Macta, the Filipino representatives to the Crossfire Stars Grand Finals in Seoul, Korea have gotten third place after beating Europe’s PENTA ESports with a set score of 2-0 (10-1 on Black Widow and 10-6 on Submarine, respectively).

They were hailed as the dark horses of the tournament, as this was the first time thet they have participated in a LAN tournament abroad. However, they gave a lot of teams a run for their money and their performance was more than enough to grab them a third place finish; thus continuing the strong tradition of Filipino teams in Crossfire.

In the grand finals, Modern.DYTV.EP, the Chinese team that has beaten Pacific.Macta in the semifinals, has beaten Vietnam’s BEGIN with a set score of 2-0.
