Polaris Esports wins Predator League 2022 PH after SEA TI Qualifier heartbreak

Fresh from their heartbreaking loss to Talon Esports in the Southeast Asia The International 2022 Qualifier grand final just a day before, Polaris Esports swept GrindSky Esports 2-0 to lift the Predator League 2022 Philippines trophy at the SM Mall of Asia Central Atrium last Sunday, September 18th.

The all-Filipino lineup of John Anthony “Natsumi ” Vargas, Mc Nicholson “Lelouch-”  Villanueva, Nikko “Force” Bilocura, Marvin “Xavious” Rushton, and Nico “eyyou” Barcelon flew in from Cebu to Metro Manila to sweep Atomic Esports 2-0, and then GrindSky Esports 2-0 to earn a well-deserved Predator League championship and a PHP 200,000 cash prize. GrindSky walk away with PHP 100,000 and will join Polaris in representing the Philippines in the Asia Pacific Predator League 2022 Grand Finals in Japan on November 11 to 13.

Before Japan, however, Polaris sets their eyes on Singapore for the The International 2022: Last Chance Qualifier where they join fellow SEA team T1 to fight for the last two slots of Dota’s flagship event.
