Smart Omega continued their blistering run in the first-ever The Nationals CODM Philippine Open after dispatching the STI E-Olmypians last Thursday, September 29.

Meanwhile, the Happy Feet Emperors were officially booted out of the competition after losing to BREN EPro 2-1. BREN eventually finished no.4 in the standings after their 2-0 loss to Laus Playbook Esports Eagles.

On the other hand, Cignal Ultra Warriors ended their play-ins strong after defeating both STI and Laus 2-0 to finish second in the standings with a 4-1 win-loss record.

The Nationals’ CODM Philippine Open group stage subsequently starts today with STI facing BREN in the first match, Cignal Ultra against Laus Playbook in the second match, Smart Omega against STI in the third match, Laus Playbook against BREN in the fourth match, and Smart Omega against Cignal Ultra in the fifth and final match of the day.
