PH Gaming community post tributes, support for Rob Luna
Support and tribute quickly poured in from the gaming community, following the news of Mobile Legends personality and MPL-PH shoutcaster Rob Luna’s death.
Esports organization and MPL-PH team TNC offered their condolences and paid tribute to his legacy. “We are deeply saddened by his passing, but we take comfort in knowing that his legacy will endure. Rob was a true legend, and he will be missed by many.”
Content creator and streamer Edgard “chooxtv” Dumali shared a glimpse of his personal interaction with the late caster, as well as their final meeting. “Napaka solid mong tao. Nakasama kita last time bilang host sa isang event ng realme. Kinakabahan ako noon pero nandyan ka na binibigyan ako ng lakas.”
Tier One Entertainment co-founder and Blacklist International co-owner Tryke Gutierrez were also among those who bared farewell to Luna.

Bennette “Prof B” Felix shared anecdotes of his close friendship with Luna. The Facebook post was accompanied by ways to help the bereaved family, as well as a message to his followers. “Guys wag na din tayo mag kalat ng fakenews for content purposes please respect natin yung family and si Rob.”
This was then echoed by MPL-PH caster Manjean Faldas, who has also shared the casting table with Luna on multiple occasions. He shared the relevant details to assist the family, and in another post, shared Prof B’s graphic with a simple caption: “Yakap.”
