The International 12 is coming home to Seattle

Valve has recently announced the venue for the upcoming The International 12, Dota 2’s largest esports gauntlet of the year. This year’s The International returns to its roots in Seattle, its home base from 2012 up until 2017. The tournament venue will be the city’s Climate Pledge Arena, welcoming the largest audience in the event’s history.

Valve is yet to reveal more details regarding the tournament, but they have announced that this year’s The International 12 group stage will kick off on Saturday, October 14, 2023. The International itself will begin on Friday, October 27, and will run until Sunday, October 29. 


Excited about the ticket details? Well, hold your horses. Valve mentioned in the last part of their update that they will be announcing ticketing information and more details about the Road to the International as the event date gets closer.
