Blacklist International debuts with a 2-0 sweep on Team Occupy for their first group stage match at the Mobile Legends: Southeast Asia Cup 2023 (MSC 2023).

In Game 1, the agents had a rough time dealing with Team Occupy’s Mahmoud “Lio” Elsayed right from the start as the Egyptian jungler took big early kills on Danerie “Wise” Rosario and Jonmar “OhMyV33NUS” Villaluna. Despite the early deficit, Blacklist found a way to level the playing field in the midgame, successfully turning the tide during the seven-minute mark as they equalized the kill score 5-5. From there, Blacklist marched their way to victory, ending the game with a siege on Team Occupy’s base at the 14-minute mark.

FEATURED STORIES

After that, Blacklist International’s winning momentum carried over to the second game, dominating Team Occupy right from the start up until the end. Blacklist punished Team Occupy’s engage-less composition by hunting them down one by one, ending the game 17-7 in their favor.

With their debut win at MSC 2023, Blacklist International will be facing Malaysia’s TODAK for their last matchup in Group D. Meanwhile, Team Occupy sadly exits the tournament with a winless record as they lost to TODAK prior to their faceoff against Blacklist International.
