TNC Pro Team Grabs Second SEA Dota 2 Title In All-Filipino Final
TNC Pro Team get their second international tournament title after they beat fellow Filipino team Rave in the third edition of Corsair Gaming Arena, 2-0.
The tournament included 16 teams from all over Southeast Asia, which included Mineski, Cant Say Wips and G-Guard among others. It featured a single-elimination, best-of-one format that did not allow much room fo error as teams were expected to bring up their A-game.
TNC and Rave managed to survive the brutally stacked bracket that included many of the participants of The International 5 Southeast Asia Qualifiers in order to make it an all-Filipino final.
With this win, TNC defend their crown as they have also beaten Team Malaysia, 2-1, in the previous edition of the tournament.
They get $1,500 (P67,000) in cash for their win, while Rave gets $500 (P22,300) for their efforts.
Placings:
1st place: TNC Pro Team = $1,500 (P66,900)
2nd place: Rave = $500 (P22,300)
