TNC Pro Team Wins Second Place In Corsair Gaming Arena, Unable to Take Third Title
After getting the previous editions of the Corsair Gaming Arena as well as great performances in The International 5 Southeast Asia Qualifier, TNC Pro Team is finally stopped in their tracks as they are beaten by Singaporean team Kingdom in the fourth edition of the Corsair Gaming Arena, 2-0.
The tournament included 16 teams from the SEA region, which included familiar names such as MSIEvoGT, G7 and Assail among others. TNC was able to survive the brutal best-of-one single elimination bracket, all the way to the grand final.
With these results, Kingdom replaces TNC as the defending champion of the Corsair Gaming Arena. The Singaporean team gets $1,500 for getting the title, while TNC gets $500 for making it to the final.
The Filipino team has previously taken two previous installments of the tournament, where they have beaten Team Malaysia, 2-1, and Rave, 2-0, respectively.
Placings:
1st place: Kingdom = $1,500
2nd place: TNC Pro Team = $500
