TNC’s TeeHee Retires to Pursue His Studies, Seven Booted Out
One of the Philippine’s rising Dota 2 team, TNC Pro Team, bid goodbye to two of their core members. Their players, John ‘TeeHee‘ Linuel Abanto, decided to retire to pursue his studies while Jhonel ‘Seven‘ Jay Maguddayao got booted out of the team.
TNC expressed their disappointment in letting go TeeHee but they respected his decision. They also thanked him for his contribution to the team and wished him success in his future endeavors. However TNC didn’t disclose further information about Seven‘s departure.
According to Nico ‘Eyyou‘ Barcelon, TNC’s Captain, amid the recent changes they will still give their best to bring glory for the country.
“Alam ko maraming mabibigla sa roster change, pero isa lang ang masasabi ko, makakaasa kayo na gagawin namin ang lahat para bigyan ng karangalan ang Pinas [Pilipinas] sa larangan ng eSports,” he said in a statement.
(I know a lot of people will be shocked with the roster change. All I can say is that you guys can count on our team. We will do our best to bring glory for the Philippines in eSports.)
TNC already welcomed the new members of their team. However the original roster will still be the one competing in the upcoming South East Asia Dota 2 Championship (SEAC) 2015 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
