A New Challenger Has Arrived! Rashid Introduced in Street Fighter 5
Capcom revealed their 11th character, hailing from the Middle East, for Street Fighter V. It’s a newcomer to the roster of world warriors.
Rashid appears to use an arsenal of wind-based techniques to dish out the pain. He joins the animalistic Necalli as the second totally new character in the franchise.
