The Manila Major: Na’Vi Drops to the Lower Bracket, OG advances
OG takes one step towards the championship after defeating Na’Vi, 2:0, in the upper bracket of the Manila Majors.
The Frankfurt Major champions maneuvered their victory by disabling Danil ‘Dendi‘ Ishutin during the first game. Also, with the lack of proper heroes to go against OG’s Juggernaut and Faceless Void, Na’Vi threw in the towel and called ‘gg’.
The focus of the second game for OG wasn’t about disabling Dendi instead by slowly taking out the Ukranian team bit by bit. Na’Vi was not able to hold on to their base with Invoker pushing the lanes while the rest of the team focus on team fights.
Na’Vi had a good start during the Group Stages but they have to hold on in the lower bracket and defeat the winner of Mineski vs. Alliance to stand in the stage as victors of the Manila Major.
