The Summit 2016 concluded last Nov 20 and Virtus.Pro takes the lion’s (or the bear’s, in their case) share of the $ 100,00 prize pool. OG came in second, Evil Geniuses came third and Wings Gaming took the 4th place.
In the ESL One Genting 2017 SEA Qualifiers, two Filipino teams dominate the competition. Execration and Mineski will be battling it out today for the chance to represent SEA Dota in the main event to be held next year. The fight is schedule to start at 5PM.
League of Legends
The 2016 League of Legends World Champion SKTelecom T1 finishes the 2016 League of Legends KeSPA Cup in 4th place. They finished the tournament tied with Ever. ROX Tigers took the top spot with Kongdoo Monster finishing in second place.
Vietnam will represent all Garena regions in the 2016 International Wildcard All-Star. They sweeped our country’s all-star team in the semifinals and did the same thing against Thailand’s representatives in the finals.
After a surprising turn of events, Europe’s Unicorns of Love (UoL) beats TSM in the semifinals. After that upset, UoL also surprised the Korean-killers Flash Wolves. UoL takes home 50% of the $100, 000 prize pool of IEM XI Oakland’s.
CS:GO
Ninjas in Pyjamas wins the IEM XI Oakland CS:GO Finals. They’ll take home $ 125, 000 while SK Gaming will bag $50, 000 for their 2nd place in the tournament.
