Garena Set to Release Core Masters Beta in SEA
Garena, in partnership with the Korean game publisher Bigbang, is about to release the closed beta version of a MOBA called Core Masters, which has been launched in Korea and Japan earlier this year wit h much fanfare.
There are many features that set this game apart from its contemporaries. For instance, there is no in-game shop and items are pre-equipped, with the additional option of crafting them later on. Another difference is the obviously objective-based game style that is based on the concept of “Cores” that must be collected no matter what the game mode is being played!
Players in Malaysia and Singapore may start collecting their beta keys on Dec. 9, 2014, and the closed beta phase of the game will commence on Dec. 17, 2014. The earlier the players sign, the higher the in-game rewards they receive.
As of press time, there has been no information whether Filipino gamers will also have access to the beta or not.
