CODM prodigies Gian Zydric “Yato” Socao and Andhika “Clove” Syukur Sukmana Putra are set to meet for the first time ever as Blacklist International Ultimate takes on DG Esports on Saturday, April 2 in the ongoing CODM Garena Invitational 2022 playoffs.

The titanic matchup is set in the upper bracket final after Blacklist staved off a tough challenge from compatriot M420 LowKings 3-1. They won three straight matches in Search and Destroy at Summit 6-4, Domination at Crossfire 150-114, and Hardpoint at Takeoff 150-92 after losing the first one in Hardpoint at Raid 150-85.

The matchup also serves as a redemption for Blacklist (Philippines) against DG (Indonesia) since the two teams last met in the semifinals of the Garena Regional Qualifier seven months ago. DG ended up winning that series 3-2 to advance to the grand finals.

However, it would be noteworthy to mention that both teams didn’t have either Yato or Clove on their sides respectively. Both players weren’t with the team due to age ineligibilities.
