A desktop app that handles tournament organizing made for Blizzard’s online card game Hearthstone – HearthRank – will be sending out their first wave of closed beta invites on July 31, 2015.

HearthRank is a tournament client made by the self-built organization of the same name to try and share the tournament experience to every Hearthstone player around the world. It will feature both free and pay-to-enter leagues that will have the top players win cash or other prizes.

The client promises to maintain the integrity and security of the tournaments by handling all decklist verification, match results, pairings and prize payouts — all in one platform.

The company behind the desktop client says that the creation of a platform that handles tournament details for the runaway digital card game Hearthstone aims to create a more meaningful competitive atmosphere.
