Pacific.Wara (Manila)

Founded in 2009, Pacific.Wara is one of the household names of Philippine CrossFire. They have gained many accolades both locally and abroad and along with the MSI-EvoGT squad under Elgee Gaboy, they made sure that the Filipino FPS tradition never faltered.

FEATURED STORIES

Will experience be enough to bag the title of being the first-ever Razer NeXT Crossfire Tournament champion?

Pacific.Macta (Manila)

There is no need to introduce the guys who finished third place during last year’s Crossfire Stars Global Finals in Seoul, Korea. Young, bristling and talented, these guys are currently considered to be one of, if not the #1 CrossFire team in the Philippines.

Will these guys continue their hot streak?

NxA (Cebu)

These guys from Cebu have actually gave many CrossFire teams a good run for their money when they ended at 3rd place during last year’s CrossFire Stars Season 2 National Finals. In addition, many consider them to be Cebu’s top CF team with consistent podium placings in local tournaments.

Will this consistency be enough to shock their more accomplished opponents?

Spammers (Cebu)

As for this team, they actually have a good run in tournaments; as a matter of fact, they got second place during PGF 2012, with many naming them as a “team to be feared.” They were only beaten by MSiEVO-GT in the grand finals, thus denying them the chance represent the country at the World Cyber Games (WCG) 2012, where Gaboy and company took home the bronze medal.

Will they be able to get in top shape for this tournament and make history once again?

For the semi-final match-ups, Pacific.Wara, the second placer of the Northern Conference group stage, will go up against Spammers, the first placer of the Southern Conference.

Meanwhile, Pacific.Macta, the top seed of the Northern Conference, will go against NxA, the second best seed of the Southern Conference. All of these matches will be played in a best-of-three (Bo3) series, with the maps being Port, Sub Base and Ankara.

As for the two teams who will go to the grand finals, it will still be a Bo3 with a slightly different map pool consisting of Sub Base, Ankara and Black Widow.

Mark your calendars, May 2 at 1:30 p.m. (Philippine Standard Time) as lead and steel will rain once again on the battlefields of Crossfire!
