With Pacific.Macta getting a back-to-back tournament title during the last leg, it is now time for another wave of the Razer NeXT Crossfire Tournament!

The third wave of this tournament will follow the same general format as the last one. However, there are two changes that will be implemented in this edition.

Firstly, starting from this leg onwards, the tournament days will be moved from Saturdays to Sundays. This is in line with the latest scheduling change issued by GameClub Philippines, which means that the qualifiers for this leg will be held on Sunday, June 7.

Secondly, Antipolo has been added to the Northern Conference and Butuan has been added to the Southern Conference. In other words, instead of having eight areas, there will be ten places from which teams can choose to play.

FEATURED STORIES

For this edition of the tournament, Pacific.Wara and Pacific.Macta will be seeded into the group stage of the Northern Conference, while HL.Decapitatorz and HASLEFTCebu (formerly known as Spammers) will be seeded into the next stage of the Southern Conference. This means that aspiring squads won’t need to worry about facing big-name teams in the qualifier stages!

How to Register:

Step 1:

Due to technical constraints, it has been decided that the registration process will be held on a walk-in basis.

Step 2:

Join the following Facebook groups, depending on the region that you come from.

Crossfire Northern Conference (For Luzon and Metro Manila)

Crossfire Southern Conference (For Visayas and Mindanao)

Ruleset:

As per the latest rules set by GameClub Philippines in regards to local tournaments, this edition of the Razer NeXT Crossfire Tournament will follow this format:

In addition to the following weapons that are stated in the list below, all GP, ECoin, Lotto and VIP weapons are allowed in this tournament.

MG: M60
SMG: MP5, P90
Rifle: M4A1, AK47, AUG, SG552
Sniper: AWM
Shotgun: XM1014
Secondary: Colt1911, Desert Eagle
Melee: all melee weapons
Thrown: Grenade, Flashbang, Smoke

The rest of the rules are still in force for this tournament unless stated otherwise.


 

Prizes:

1st place: P10,000
2nd place: P5,000
3rd – 4th place: P3,500
5th place – 8th place: P2,000

Bonus:

I. All participating players of registered teams will be given the following in-game items:

  1. M4A1-Razer (7-Days)
  2. Head Armor (30-Days)
  3. Body Armor (30-Days)
  4. C4 Speed Kit (30-Days)
  5. Razer Namecard (30-Days)
  6. Razer Spray (30-Days)

II. In-game items will be directly inserted to the player’s Crossfire PH account within three days after the registration report has been submitted by the organizer.

III. Only players who registered and played will be given rewards.

June 7 = Qualifiers

Mark your calendars as the battlefields of Crossfire will be filled with smoke and steel all over again!


UPDATE:

As stated above, it has been decided by the organizing committee that teams are required to appear at the respective partner cafes in their area and register manually. The reason behind this decision is that there are unforeseen technical constraints in regards to the system used for the registration.

It is hoped that the walk-in system will allow for a smoother registration process.
