Pacific.Macta Takes Fourth PESO Razer NeXT CrossFire Tournament Title
With the conclusion of the fourth wave of the Razer NeXT Crossfire Tournament, Pacific.Macta emerged on top as they go the full distance against WattzKing, 2-1, to get their fourth title.
In the previous wave, Macta managed to take their third championship after beating sister team Macta Infirma II, 2-0, in the finals of the third leg of the Razer NeXT Crossfire Tournament.
90 teams from all over the Philippines have participated in this wave of the tournament, featuring many of country’s best CrossFire teams such as Pacific.Wara, Highshield and EzPz among others.
Finally, a Manila-Cebu Final!
While this wave marks another milestone for Pacific.Macta as they win four Razer NeXT tournament titles, the finals of the fourth leg featured a bigger milestone as it marks the first time that a Southern Conference team makes it to the finals!

WattzKing made history when they defeated Macta Infirma II in the semi-finals in order to arrange a meeting with Pacific.Macta. This is a turnaround moment for the Cebuano team as they were swept 2-0 by the Macta II squad in the semi-finals of the third leg.
The team is best remembered for their third place finish back in 2014 during the CrossFire Stars Season 2 National Finals when they were known as NxA.
Meanwhile, Macta completed a 2-0 clean sweep of o0HasLeft0o in order to secure their fourth consecutive grand final.
The All-Out Brawl: Pacific.Macta versus WattzKing
In what could be considered as a dream come true, the North and the South finally face off in the finals of the Razer NeXT CrossFire Tournament.
The first map was on Port with the Cebu team on the Black List (BL) side and the Manila team on the Global Risk (GR) side. From the get-on, it became clear that both sides wanted control of mid as Christian “-REVENGE*” Amores and Cyrieloyd “ALCJZ” Tanggol picked off unsuspecting enemies across the map with their respective flick shots.

The first half ended 6-4 in favor of WattzKing. However, once the sides changed, Macta woke up as they made life hard for the Cebuanos, making it to the crucial 19th round.
At the end of the day, a combination of brute force and individual skill enabled WattzKing to take the first map, 10-9. This gives them a 1-0 advantage over Pacific.Macta.
With only one map left to go, Macta needed to intensify their game and this time around, everyone in the team upped the ante in order to get solid rounds on Mexico.

Aldrin Paul “ALDRIN–” Borabon and Mark Kevin “*-KRAM***” carried Macta on their respective shoulders as they grabbed multiple frags across the map on both sides.
The map ends quickly with a 10-6 scoreline as WattzKing couldn’t keep up with the fragfest on the second half of Mexico. It is now a tie at 1-1, with Macta bringing it to a third map.
The third map was rather anti-climactic as it turned out to be a one-man show with team captain Dennis “Koyz.” Ramos Jr. hitting the shots against WatzzKing with his aggressive attacks and well-timed mid-round calls.
Once again, the map ends with a score of 10-6, with Koyz. and -REVENGE* leading the boards for Pacific.Macta.
Finally, the South has been able to realize their dream of getting a team to the finals. Will they be able to get a championship title this time around? Or will Pacific.Macta continue their hot streak?
