Every year thousands of League of Legends fans flock together to witness the biggest LoL event in the Philippines. Now on its sixth year, Garena promises Rampage 2017 to be bigger and better. Just in case you needed any persuasion to come and join in on the fun, here’s a few things that’s going down at the World Trade Center on Sunday.
Since 2014 the Garena Pro Gaming Series Summer Split Finals have been played at Rampage. Fans come to witness the highest level of professional Philippine League of Legends every year, and 2017 is no different. Watch as two veteran teams go head to head as the Manila Eagles take on Mineski for a chance to represent Philippines at the Garena Premier League.
Watch your favorite champions come to life through the creativity of the local cosplayers. Take a selfie with the Runeterrans and remember to vote for your favorite!
Aside from the main Cosplay competition, there’s also the Cosplay Clash Duo, where contestants perform a short duo skit on the main stage. There’s also the Honorable Wandering Champions incentive, where you can win for simply and casually being the best looking cosplayer roaming around Rampage!
Now on its second year, the Celebrity Showmatch provides tons of fun and entertainment for the fans. Watch Vine star Emman Nimedez duke it out against the explosive Eric “Eruption” Tai! Or see who rules the jungle, singer Sam Concepcion or Goin’ Bulilit alum Izzy Canillo? Where else will you get to see a midlane duel between Jack Reid and CJ Navato? Make sure to see which botlane duo comes out on top — Riot Spiffy and Sachzna Laparan or Ashley Gosiengfiao and Sinio Cagasan?
Aside from these high profile personalities on the stage on Summoner’s Rift wowing the fans, Garena also made sure to give back. This year, they partnered with Generation Hope, a charity that helps fund public schools and helps build classrooms. Donations ramp up as the action ramps up. For every kill, P1,000 gets added to the donation pool. For every Dragon and Baron that gets taken, P5,000 and P10,000 is added, respectively.

Aside from physical merch, every ticket comes with sweet, sweet skins. Regular tickets get you a lanyard, Alien Invader Heimerdinger, and Arcade Corki. Deluxe tickets get you everything a Regular ticket does, plus a LoL Arcarde-themed dry-fit shirt and Draven Draven. Premium tickets get you everything a Deluxe ticket does plus a Garena drawstring bag, a limited edition hoodie, and Surprise Party Fiddlesticks.
