Mineski is widely considered to be the current number one team in the country today.  Ever since the return of former player and now current captain Ryan “Bimbo” Jay Qui, Mski-Dota has gone undefeated in online tournaments across the SEA region.

They are followed closely by Excreation and TNC, both of whom ousted Mineski in the recently finished Esports Festival (ESF) 2015 held at Cebu.

Team B on the other hand is a fresh new team just founded this year, though they are already widely considered to be a threat. Prominent in Team B’s roster is Mineski-Dota’s former captain James Kenneth “Wootz” Valdez.

Apart from the Philippine squads, other teams to watch out for in the bracket include Fnatic and MVP. Both teams are rumored to start housing prominent Filipino Players, with Fnatic being speculated to get Djardel “Chrissy” Jicko Mampusti and MVP believed to be taking in Ryo “ryOr” Hasegawa.
