The Next Dota 2 Major is Coming To Manila!
The Shanghai Majors Main Event hasn’t even begun and already we have the venue of the next Valve sponsored event. Brace yourselves folks for it is coming to Manila, Philippines.
Pinch yourself because you ain’t dreaming: the upcoming Dota 2 Major will be a huge leap for the eSports scene in the budding Southeast Asian region and the Philippines is granted the honors of hosting the massive event.
The top teams from all over the world will soon be flocking to Philippine shores as the ‘Manila Major’ will take place as early as June of this year. The prize pool is reported at a whopping $3 million (141,000,000 Php), if that doesn’t whet your whistle then we don’t know what will.
