Early last January, Ronald “Rhom” Robins, founder and CEO of gaming organization Mineski offered up a challenge to all the unattached Filipino Dota 2 players out there. It was a ‘simple’ one step plan to become a professional Dota 2 player. The challenge? To reach 7,000 MMR and be one of top five Filipinos on the SEA Dota 2 Leaderboards. ‘Simply’ put, be the best of the best.

Less than a month after Rhom’s public challenge, two players have risen from the brawl of the best. Benhur Cruz Lawiz and Ramyaj (Jaymar) are the first ever #7kMMRWarriors.
