Popular Men’s magazine GQ (formerly Gentleman’s Quarterly) is a lifestyle magazine that mainly talks about fashion, style and culture. The New York based publication’s ‘The Grind’ is a docu-series that talks about the pressures and the everyday grind of professional athletes around the world.

The Grind’s second season has deviated from its focus on the regular sportsman and started looking at a different kind of athlete. The newest episodes featured players purely from the popular MOBA game Dota 2. The game has continually built its repertoire as a viable competitive platform since it’s public release in 2013.

The mini-documentaries tackle real problems that eSports athletes go through in their careers.
