Mineski.eSports5, TNC Pro Team to Represent the Philippines for AGES 2016 Dota 2 Category

After Mineski CS:GO and Expendables got their respective slots for this year’s AGES 2016 Counter-Strike: Global Offensive category, it was time for the country’s top Dota 2 teams to have their shot at representing the Philippines for the Dota 2 category.
Execration, Arcanys, TNC Pro Team and Mineski.eSports5 met each other in the semi-finals of the Philippine Dota 2 qualifier, with the top two earning their right to go to Kuala Lumpur for this year’s tournament.

TNC won against Execration 2-1, while Mineski got a 2-0 clean sweep against Arcanys in their respective semi-final matches.
With both teams already securing their slots to this year’s AGES, TNC Pro Team and Mineski.eSports5 faced off in the finals to determine the champion of the Philippine Dota 2 qualifier.
In the end, Mineski-Dota prevailed with a score of 2-1, thus securing the AGES 2016 PH Qualifier title.
AGES 2016 wil be held between May 27-29, 2016 at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
