Team Secret, PSG.LGD Return to SEA for ONE Dota Invitational

China’s PSG.LGD and multinational squad Team Secret are the first two invited teams at the ONE Dota 2 Singapore World Pro Invitational this December, ONE Esports announced on September 6.

Both teams are established forces and fan-favorites in the Dota 2 pro scene, with Team Secret and PSG.LGD finishing fourth and third respectively at The International 2019 — the annual world championship for the game.

Both have ties to the Southeast Asian region; PSG.LGD’s Yap “XNova” Jian Wei and Team Secret’s Yeik “Midone” Nai Zheng are both from Malaysia, which neighbors Singapore.

PSG.LGD and Team Secret will join 10 yet-to-be-revealed teams at the event, which will be held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium from December 20 – 22 to compete for a share of the US$500,000 prize pool.

The ONE Dota 2 Singapore World Pro Invitational is the first event in ONE Esports Dota 2 World Pro Invitational series, with a follow-up happening on April 17 – 19 next year at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition in Jakarta, Indonesia.
