SEA Teams Make Shock Roster Shuffles for April Fools’
While most brands and organizations opted to sit out April Fools’ this year, Dota 2 teams from Southeast Asia didn’t pass up the opportunity to prank their fans.
Current DPC leaders TNC Predator wasted no time announcing the departure of star support Timothy John “Tims” Randrup from their lineup due to “personal reasons”. They followed it up with a team statement video that featured Armel Paul Tabios clearing up that it was merely an April Fools’ Day prank.
We thank Timothy Randrup, also known as TIMS, for the wonderful years we had as a team. Due to personal reasons, he is leaving our team, TNC Predator, for good. #StrongerTogether#SummonYourStrength#GoodbyeTIMS pic.twitter.com/ZsIEZIn2XX
