EVO Online to Be Held Starting July

Due to the global pandemic, Evo 2020 has been cancelled but in its place, an online tournament series will be replacing the storied fighting game event in Evo Online starting July 4, 2020.

Evo Online will be featuring Under Night In-Birth, 2ournament of Champions, Dragonball FighterZ, Tekken 7, Street Fighter V, Soulcalibur VI, Granblue Fantasy: Versus, and Samurai Showdown – leaving out Super Smash Bros. due to its unstable network infrastructure.

The online event will also be including four open tournaments for Mortal Kombat 11 Aftermath, Killer Instinct, Them’s Fightin Herds, and Skullgirls 2nd Encore. Evo online will run from July 5 to August 2 across five weekends.
