Netflix just dropped the final trailer for DOTA: Dragon’s Blood and it looks like the Dragon Knight and the Princess of the Moon’s adventures will be far from straightforward.

The trailer starts off with a prophecy detailing the return of the moon goddess Selemene. The Lotuses of Mene, which are vital to the fulfillment of this prophecy, are later stolen by a mysterious character. Determined to retrieve them at any cost, Mirana employs the aid of Dragon Knight Davion.

“You haven’t the faintest idea whom you serve”

What follows is a montage of the moon goddess herself, Selemene, doing and saying a bunch of pretty sketchy stuff. The Invoker ominously telling Mirana “you haven’t the faintest idea whom you serve” casts further doubt on the morality of her allegiance.

And who is Luna, the Moon Rider, going to war against? Is she somehow being manipulated by Selemene?

Davion is also depicted fighting different dragons throughout the trailer and while it remains unclear whether his encounter with the legendary Eldwurm will make its way into the show, you can definitely count on feisty battles between man and fire-breathing lizards coming your way later this month.

DOTA: Dragon’s Blood will make its Netflix premiere on March 25, 2021.
