UniPin Powers Filipino Student Gaming Tournaments with AcadArena
UniPin, the leading digital content enabler in Southeast Asia (SEA), is teaming up with the Philippines’ leading campus esports program in AcadArena to help power student-gaming tournaments across the country.
Starting May, student gaming organizations across AcadArena’s national network will be able to apply for bonus prizing for their events backed by UniPin’s cutting-edge payment gateway. This lowers the costs needed for clubs to run campus-wide tournaments and provides avenues for student-competitors of all levels to be rewarded for their efforts.
“We’re incredibly excited to partner up with Unipin to give student organizations more support,” said Justin Banusing, AcadArena’s Chief Operating Officer. “Giving students tools to learn key esports industry skills, such as running events, is a core part of our operations. With this partnership, it will be much easier for them to create awesome experiences for their peers.”
AcadArena’s partnership with UniPin kicks-off with support for student-run Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournaments. On top of this, AcadArena’s monthly open-to-all-school events for Mobile Legends and Dota 2 will also be supported by Unipin.
