Shroud to participate in the upcoming VCT NA Stage 3 Open Qualifier
King of Reddit Michael “Shroud” Grzesiek is participating in the upcoming VCT NA Stage 3 Challengers 2 Open Qualifier. Shroud confirmed it during his twitch stream last Wednesday.
CS:GO superstar Shroud is known to have retired in any competitive First Person Shooting (FPS) games and has since then turned his focus to streaming on Twitch.
This notion was true until KAY/O arrived in Valorant, the newest agent update on Valorant. Which Shroud looks forward to use in the VCT Qualifiers.

“So the next qualifier is probably where they’re gonna play KAY/O. That’s cool, that’s the one I’m supposed to play in. I’ll run around and silence things,” Shroud said on his stream confirming his participation in the VCT Qualifiers.
The King of Reddit will partner up with his former Cloud9 CS:GO and Old Guys Club (OGC) teammate Jordan “n0thing” Gilbert, and famous Valorant Twitch streamer ShawnBM. The team is not yet complete but Shroud shows his interest in his friend and co-North American FPS superstar Tarik “Tarik” Celik.
The Open Qualifiers will take place from July 22 to July 25, and the winners will qualify for the Main Event.
The Old Guys Club from CS:GO was originally built to play for fun on a Counter Strike tournament, now their members are looking to take on Valorant’s VCT qualifiers. Will we see another Reddit-worthy performance from Shroud and the team or will it prove that rust begins to show on the beloved FPS superstar?
